  • If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order, we will make it right. Please email us at hello@millie-vintage.com explaining your situation and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

    To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned within 14 days and in the same condition in which you received the item.

    • original shipping is not refunded when returning items

    • all items are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee

    • final sale items are not returnable

  • Of course! We’ll be happy to send you all the photos you would like. To do so, simply email us at hello@millie-vintage.com and we’ll be sure to give you any additional product information needed.

  • Yes, we are always down for a treasure hunt! If there is something specific that you are trying to find, email us at hello@millie-vintage.com and we’ll be on our way to source what it is you are seeking.

  • Honestly, everywhere! Bottom-line, we love to shop so we are always on the hunt for pre-loved items. Some of our favorite destinations include estate sales, thrift stores, antique shops and trade shows.

Our stock is vintage, retro or pre-loved unless otherwise stated. Each item comes with a history and may come with some wear. This may include marks, damage, repairs or alterations.

We do our best to be transparent and describe and/or photograph all major flaws. Ultimately, our goal is to keep you informed and delight you with your unique purchase. 

Please remember that the most sustainable item you can buy, is one that already exists. 🌱♥️
